Mario Gonzalez is the owner of DogCentric Society and has spent years working with dogs through daycare, hiking adventures, enrichment programs, and professional training.
As both a business owner and father, Mario believes dogs deserve more than just supervision, they deserve structure, exercise, enrichment, and meaningful relationships. His approach combines positive reinforcement, clear communication, and a deep respect for each dog's individual personality and needs.
Mario's background includes professional dog training, pack management, behavioral development, and operating high-volume dog care businesses. He is passionate about helping dogs build confidence, develop healthy social skills, and enjoy safe, structured adventures alongside their canine friends.
When he's not out on the trails with the pack, Mario enjoys spending time with his children, exploring the outdoors, and continuing to learn about canine behavior, training, and holistic dog care.
His goal for DogCentric Society is simple: create a place where dogs are excited to arrive, owners have complete peace of mind, and every adventure leaves dogs happier, healthier, and more fulfilled than when they arrived.

With over 5 years of experience in the pet care industry, including dog daycare and group play environments, I've worked with dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. Whether your dog loves exploring trails, making new friends, or simply soaking up attention, my goal is to make sure they have a safe, enriching, and fun-filled day.
I'm currently a student at the University of Texas and take great pride in being dependable, attentive, and communicative with every family I work with. I understand that trusting someone with your dog is a big deal, and I'm committed to treating every pup in my care like they're one of my own.

Whether your pup is outgoing and energetic or a little more reserved, my goal is to make them feel comfortable and excited for their day. Most importantly, I want pet parents to have peace of mind knowing their dogs are receiving attentive, compassionate care. I am committed to building trusting relationships with every dog and the families who love them.

Hi, I'm Melody!
But most dogs know me simply as Mel.
That adorable little peanut in the photo is Barbie.. yes, he's a boy named Barbie, and he absolutely owns it.
At DogCentric Society, I'm the live-in caretaker and "Pack Mom." When the day's adventures come to an end, I'm responsible for making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, loved, and at home. While our dogs spend their days enjoying off-leash trail hikes, socialization, enrichment, and adventure, I focus on providing calm, attentive overnight care in a home-style boarding environment.

I believe great dog care goes beyond food and water. My goal is to support each dog's physical, mental, and emotional well-being by creating a peaceful environment where they can relax, decompress, and feel secure while their families are away.

My experience with dogs includes professional grooming, volunteering with no-kill animal shelters, and caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, temperaments, and energy levels. I've truly never met a dog I didn't love.
